The Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council will be held via Zoom on MONDAY 4th May 2020 at 7.30pm. The meeting will begin with an opportunity to see correspondence from any residents wishing to comment or ask questions, which may be emailed to the Clerk.  Any resident wishing to join the meeting should email or ring the Clerk for details.

8.1     18.11/9.6 Blocked drains.

9.   Planning applications:

9.1     S19/1346    Western Power Distribution (East Midlands) PLC, Land south of Skillington: Installation of new 33KV overhead lines consisting of 3 conductors on wooden poles. Pending decision by SKDC.

9.2     S20/0132     Mineral Site:  Revisions to S19/2237 – Proposed Skillington Quarry. Mr J Spencer: Land to the east and West of Skillington Road, Colsterworth. Pending consideration. 

10.   Cemetery:

10.1.      Cllr. Wrigley to write to Mr W Murdoch regarding the proposed extension.

10.2.      Any other matters arising.

11.   Payments and Accounts:    

11.1.   Bank Balances on 25th April 2020

11.2.   Income received in April.

11.3.   Invoices due for payment in April.

11.4.   Internal Audit - annual accounts to 31st March 2019.

13.   Matters to be discussed at this meeting: 

13.1    Report on the Planning Committee – for the year to 31st March 2020.  (not read out as Annual Parish meeting was postponed).
