The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 7th October 2024, at 6.30pm at Skillington Village Hall. The meeting will begin with a ten-minute OPEN FORUM which all residents are invited to attend and to ask questions, or to make short statements to the Parish Council.

4. Matters arising from the minutes:
4.1 Overgrown Cemtery path. The bench needs cleaning.
4.2 Election of the new Chair, Vice-Chair and Councillor.
5. Planning applications:
5.1 S24/1391 Mr S Close, Housemartins, 3 Fish Well Close: Section 211 notice for removal of Ash Tree.
5.2 Any further planning applications. Awaiting decision.
6. Cemetery:
6.1 Infestation of ants.
6.2 Cemetery extension.
6.3 Any maintenance or other matters arising.
7. Payments and Accounts:
7.1 Bank Balances as at 25th September 2024.
7.2 Income received in September.
7.3 Invoices due for payment in September.
7.4 Half yearly audit is due.
7.5 New signatures for Bank account.
8. Clerk’s Report:
8.1 Temporary road closure on The Drift several days between 2nd September and 25th October.
8.2 The Notice board application has been made.
8.3 SKDC free parking before Christmas.

8.5 Resident query over dog bin emptying.
8.6 Paddock.
